If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any product, as defined below, purchased on Looknorth.net in accordance with the terms below.
A return authorisation code (RAC) must be requested within 14 days of your date of delivery. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org to request and receive a code. The RAC must be included along with your returned product.
Within 14 days of receipt of the RAC, please return the item in appropriate packaging and at your cost, to the address provided to receive a refund of the full amount originally paid i.e. item bought plus p & p. Please email Look North with the RAC and the tracking number so that we can track your return. This is not a guarantee of refund as the item must be inspected before this decision can be made.
Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged in any way).
All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Additional terms and conditions
Shipping and handling charges on returned items, as well as taxes paid (such as VAT), are not refundable. You are responsible for, and must prepay, all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to Look North. If you return a product to Look North either without a return authorisation from Look North or without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Look North retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such returns or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, a refund will be made via PayPal to the original account it was paid on.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, or one of the same or higher cost, please send an email to email@example.com and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. If your product is to be exchanged for one of a higher price, the difference in cost must be paid before the new item will be sent out.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.
